Key Responsibilities

- Undertake detailed mechanical engineering design for construction projects.

- Prepare technical schedules and manage CAD documentation of design work.

- Monitor performance of technicians and provide guidance as required.

- Represent the team at client, supplier, and professional meetings under senior staff guidance.

- Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines and budgets.

- Keep senior staff informed of key design decisions and project objectives.

- Mentor and assist graduate engineers in their professional development.

- Develop and implement streamlined warehouse processes, SOPs, and logistics workflows to improve productivity and reduce turnaround time.

Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in mechanical engineering within an MEP consultancy setting.





- Strong ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑based organization.

- Broad building design knowledge across diverse projects.

- Advanced Excel skills, including use of macros.

- Mechanical expertise with good understanding of electrical concepts and their impact on projects.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, IES, and Hevacomp software.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.
