Key Responsibilities

- Design Leadership: Lead the creation of innovative designs, prototypes, and technical solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize CAD software (SOLIDWORKS/AUTOCAD) to develop 2D and 3D designs.
- Project Management: Manage program budgets, timelines, and technical scope.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and technicians, offering technical advice and conducting design reviews.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 7+ years in a similar design role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.
