AASNAA Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP design and engineering. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting system design, preferably with exposure to Saudi Arabia / GCC projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and engineering of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems for commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial and other building projects.

- Prepare design calculations, equipment selections, layouts, schematics and technical documentation.

- Develop and review MEP drawings.

- Prepare and reviewMEP models and drawings;

- Perform HVAC load calculations and system design softwares.

- Prepare hydraulic calculations and fire protection system designs using softwares.

- Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural and other disciplines.

- Review drawings and designs for compliance with applicable codes, standards and project requirements.

- Support preparation of BOQs, specifications and technical submissions.





- Coordinate with project teams and resolve design and coordination issues.

- Review and check drawings prepared by junior engineers/designers.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP Mechanical Design.

- Solid knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting design.

- Knowledge of relevant international standards and codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC/UPC and applicable project/client requirements.

- Saudi Arabia / GCC project experience is preferred.

- Ability to independently handle mechanical design from basic design through detailed design.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to work within project deadlines and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently working on Saudi / GCC projects or with previous Saudi project experience will be preferred.

- Candidates with experience in consultancy/design engineering firms will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
