: Roles & Responsibilities:

- Receive business rule requirements and implement solutions through CReW governance.
- Manage Business Rules and Data Quality (DQ) cycle processes, including reporting pack generation and distribution.
- Create and maintain DQ guidelines, user guides, and principles for rule development and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in BAU processes related to Data Quality.
- Engage with stakeholders across Global Operations and business functions.
- Act as a Centre of Excellence for the understanding and interpretation of Data Quality.
- Develop and maintain the DQ framework and Business Rules Master.
- Develop appropriate metrics to track Business Rules and DQ performance over time.
- Track Data Quality and provide recommendations to relevant governance bodies.
- Develop and maintain Global Operations DQ reporting and Root Cause Analysis processes.
