Hiring: General Physician MBBS Doctor – Home Healthcare

Location : Mumbai, Pune

Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical/hospital experience

Qualification: MBBS

Registration: Active Medical Council Registration

Role:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate General Physicians to join our Home Healthcare team. The selected candidate will provide quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes, manage non-emergency medical conditions, conduct clinical assessments, prescribe appropriate treatment, and provide follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-home consultations and physical examinations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic non-emergency medical conditions.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
- Perform or supervise basic clinical procedures such as IV cannulation, IV/IM medication administration, fluid therapy, and basic wound care.
- Maintain accurate EHRs, prescriptions, and visit documentation.




- Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and family members about medications, disease management, lifestyle changes, and preventive healthcare.
- Coordinate with the internal healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.

Requirements:

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration with the relevant State Medical Council/NMC.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on clinical or hospital experience after internship.
- Good clinical knowledge and proficiency in basic procedures, especially IV access and fluid management.
- Comfortable working independently in a home healthcare workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong patient-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel to patient locations within the assigned area.
