- Assist hospitals in NABH accreditation and compliance activities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain NABH documentation, policies, SOPs, manuals, and formats.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments as per NABH standards.
- Identify gaps and prepare corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure implementation of NABH requirements.
- Maintain quality indicators, records, registers, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct staff awareness and training sessions related to NABH standards, quality, patient safety, and documentation.
- Support hospitals during NABH assessments, audits, and inspections.
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on compliance and improvement activities.

Candidate Profile
- MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management.




- Good knowledge of NABH standards, hospital quality management, documentation, and auditing.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel to client hospitals, if required.
- Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also apply.
