Role Description The Maximo Technical Lead will provide technical leadership for IBM Maximo implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring solutions align with client requirements and industry best practices. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves designing Maximo configurations, integrations, and customizations, and guiding a technical team through development, testing, and deployment activities.

The individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to translate requirements into robust technical designs and implementation plans. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing performance,



maintaining technical documentation, and mentoring team members on Maximo and related technologies.

The Maximo Technical

Lead will also contribute to innovation initiatives, including integration with THIRAN’s T-EAM Mobile App and exploration of AI and other emerging technologies within the Maximo ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in IBM Maximo, including configuration, customization, workflows, and integration with external systems.
- Experience leading technical teams on Maximo projects, with skills in solution design, code review, and technical quality assurance.
- Proficiency in relevant development technologies (such as Java, SQL, web services, and Maximo-specific tools) for implementing and extending Maximo solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise asset management concepts, system performance optimization, and best practices for scalable, secure implementations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, and produce clear technical documentation.
- Experience working in on-site client or delivery environments, preferably in enterprise or industrial domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Background in or exposure to AI, mobile applications, or integration with emerging technologies (such as Blockchain) is a robust advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
