Material Management & Import-Export Specialist (Bengaluru, India)

Job Requirements

- Must be an ‌Indian citizen‌ with legal eligibility for long-term employment in India
- Female candidates who meet all qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply; final selection will be based on Chinese language proficiency, work capability, educational background and overall comprehensive performance
- Diploma or above in any discipline; fresh graduates are warmly welcomed
- HSK 4 or above with working proficiency in Chinese (to be verified during the interview), with basic English reading and writing proficiency
- Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of handling material ledger management, document verification and progress tracking

Core Responsibilities

- Manage inbound/outbound registration, regular inventory stocktaking and ledger maintenance for local warehouse materials
- Oversee end-to-end import-export operations including customs declaration, document preparation and logistics follow-up

Position Details





- Selected candidates will receive ‌1-3 months of pre-job training‌ at the company's facility in Dongguan, China. During the training period, round-trip airfare, accommodation, insurance and living allowance will be all fully covered
- After completing the training, you will return to the local company in Bengaluru, India for official onboarding
- Market-competitive salary will be discussed based on the candidate's prior experience and professional competencies
