- Design and deliver high-quality training programs for teachers, trainers, and staff members on various topics such as pedagogy, curriculum development, instructional design, and lesson planning.
- Develop engaging content using Canva and video editing software to support training materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to improve their skills in teaching methodologies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in education or training industry as a Master Trainer or similar role.
- Solid expertise in areas such as canva, content development, curriculum development, instructional design, lesson planning, pedagogy, train the trainer.
- Proven track record of delivering successful training programs with measurable results.
