About the Company

We are an emerging spice and food products business focused on sourcing, processing, quality, and packaging of spices and other food products for the Indian and international markets. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Masala Plant Operator / Food Processing Machine Operator who can independently operate and manage machinery used in spice cleaning, grinding, blending, sieving, and packaging.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in a spice processing or masala manufacturing unit and be comfortable handling day-to-day production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate machinery used in spice cleaning, processing, grinding, blending, sieving, and packaging.
- Handle the production process from raw material feeding to finished product preparation.
- Operate spice cleaning and grading machines, where applicable.
- Operate pulverizers, grinders, and spice milling equipment.
- Operate ribbon blenders, mixers, and other blending equipment for spice and masala preparation.
- Operate sieving and screening machines to achieve the required product consistency.
- Handle material movement, feeding, and transfer between processing stages.
- Operate semi-automatic or automatic weighing and packaging machines, wherever required.
- Set machine parameters according to the product, batch size, and production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent production output.
- Identify basic mechanical issues and perform routine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Follow batch-wise production instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of machinery, equipment, and the production area.




- Prevent cross-contamination between different spices and batches.
- Minimize raw material wastage and avoid unnecessary machine downtime.
- Maintain basic production records, batch details, and machine operation logs.
- Coordinate with management and quality control personnel to maintain product quality.
- Follow applicable food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in spice processing, masala manufacturing, food processing, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Practical, hands-on experience operating food-processing machinery.
- Knowledge of spice grinding, pulverizing, blending, and sieving processes.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to identify and resolve minor machine issues.
- Ability to follow production instructions, batch specifications, and hygiene procedures.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined, with a strong focus on product quality.
- Willingness to work on the production floor and handle routine operational responsibilities.
- ITI, diploma, or relevant technical training is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with suitable practical experience.

Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience operating any of the following equipment will be preferred:

- Spice cleaning and grading machines
- Pulverizers and spice grinding machines
- Ribbon blenders and masala mixing machines
- Vibro sifters and sieving machines
- Conveyors and material-handling equipment
- Weighing and filling machines
- Semi-automatic or automatic packaging machines

Candidates who can independently operate multiple machines and manage routine production activities will be given preference.

Salary and Employment Details

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Location: In person, Delhi, India.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
