Stipend: 10,000 – 12,000 per month

We are looking for a data-oriented, detail-focused and proactive Marketplace Operations Intern to support our marketplace operations, inventory, reporting and customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with Excel, numbers, reports and marketplace data and wants to build a career in e-commerce operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

- Support daily operations across Amazon, Blinkit and Flipkart.
- Monitor and process incoming marketplace orders.
- Coordinate product listings, pricing and stock updates.
- Monitor marketplace performance and operational metrics.
- Track product availability and marketplace-related issues.

Data & Reporting – Key Focus

- Maintain daily and weekly sales, order and inventory reports.
- Work extensively on MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, gaps and errors.
- Track sales, orders, inventory movement, returns and RTO data.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency across marketplaces.
- Prepare MIS and operational dashboards.
- Support data-based decision-making and process improvements.

Inventory & Order Management





- Track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.
- Monitor stock availability and replenishment requirements.
- Track order dispatches and shipment status.
- Handle RTO, returns, replacements and refund-related coordination.

Customer Support

- Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, email and phone.
- Handle order-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a smooth customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.

Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates.
- BBA, B.Com, MBA, BA, BCA or any graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in data, Excel and reporting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and numerical ability.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Interest in e-commerce and marketplace operations.
