Location: Mumbai (Hybrid — 1–2 days/week in office)

AI.IRA is an AI-powered fashion marketplace that helps women discover outfits personalized to their body type, skin tone, occasion, and style preferences. We partner with premium home-grown fashion brands and use AI to make fashion discovery and shopping more effortless.

We’re looking for a Marketplace & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of AI.IRA — coordinating with brand partners, managing orders and customer queries, supporting invoicing and marketplace processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both customers and brands.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple areas of a growing business.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketplace Coordination

- Coordinate with brand partners on product information, pricing, inventory, orders and operational queries.
- Support onboarding of new brands and ensure required information is complete and accurate.
- Maintain regular communication with brands regarding orders, shipments, returns, exchanges and other operational matters.
- Follow up with brands to ensure timely order processing and fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate marketplace and brand records.

Order & Customer Operations
- Manage day-to-day order coordination from order confirmation through delivery, returns and exchanges.




- Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, sizing, returns and exchanges through email, chat or other support channels.
- Coordinate with brands and logistics partners to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex customer complaints, delivery issues or disputes when required.
- Ensure order statuses are accurately updated on the platform.
- Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions.

Invoicing & Finance Operations
- Prepare and manage invoices through Zoho Books/Zoho Invoice.
- Coordinate with brands regarding invoices, settlements and payment-related queries.
- Maintain basic records related to marketplace commissions, orders and settlements.
- Work with the CA/finance team on GST, TDS and other documentation and compliance requirements.
- Ensure operational and financial records are accurate and up to date.

Process & Administrative Support
- Maintain and follow SOPs for marketplace, brand and customer operations.
- Track operational issues and follow up until resolution.
- Prepare basic reports on orders, returns, customer queries and brand performance.
- Identify recurring operational issues and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with the Founder, Product/Technology team,



brands and other external partners.

What We're Looking ForEducation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience
- Around 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, customer operations, vendor management or similar roles.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle or retail is preferred.
- Experience with fashion marketplaces such as Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, AJIO, Tata CLiQ, Tata CLiQ Luxury, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, Aza Fashions, Ogaan, Aashni + Co, or similar fashion/e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Skills & Competencies
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-first approach with good problem-solving ability.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience with Zoho Books/Zoho Invoice or similar invoicing/accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with CRM, order management or marketplace platforms.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
