Role & responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media, and property portals.

- Coordinate with creative agencies for brochures, project presentations, and promotional materials.

- Generate qualified sales leads through digital campaigns and targeted marketing activities.

- Manage social media platforms, website content, and online brand presence.

- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.

- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer preference studies.

- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.

- Organize property launches, promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

- Maintain marketing budgets, campaign reports, and brand consistency across all channels.
