​About the Role

​We are looking for a versatile Digital Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee our digital presence, creative content, and sales workflows. This role connects brand vision with revenue generation by driving admissions and streamlining daily marketing operations.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Digital Growth & Campaigns: Plan and execute social media marketing (Instagram, Meta Ads) and oversee basic SEO to boost visibility and student enrollments.
- ​Creative & Brand Management: Direct visual content creation (posters, reels, video edits) in strict alignment with brand colors, aesthetics, and values.
- ​Web & Platform Coordination: Monitor website updates, landing pages, and app/system workflows to maintain a seamless user journey.
- ​Sales & Conversions: Oversee lead handling, inquiry follow-ups, and the admissions funnel to achieve monthly conversion targets.
- ​Operations: Coordinate tasks across creative, tech, and sales teams while delivering key performance reports to management.

​Candidate Profile





- ​Experience: 1–2+ years in digital marketing, content operations, or sales coordination (skilled freshers with a solid portfolio are welcome).
- ​Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, basic SEO, content editing tools, and CMS platforms (WordPress/web portals).
- ​Core Strengths: Sales negotiation, creative aesthetic judgment, team coordination, and proactive communication.
