Role

You'll keep our marketing running day to day and make sure the brand shows up consistently everywhere. You'll work with the founders, design, sales and the fractional CMO to turn plans into shipped work. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes owning projects from brief to launch.

What you'll do

- Run the marketing calendar and coordinate content, campaigns, events and website updates across teams
- Manage projects end to end: scope, timelines, owners, reviews and delivery
- Keep the brand consistent across LinkedIn, the website, decks, merch and event material
- Work with design and content contributors to get quality work delivered on time




- Own marketing operations: workflows, tools, reporting and monthly progress updates
- Coordinate communications, including announcements, newsletters, PR and partner and culture stories
- Support event marketing (conferences, CXO micro-events), from pre-event outreach to follow-up
- Connect content back to the website and track what's working

You'd be a good fit if you have

- About 5 years in marketing, including time as a hands-on marketing resource, ideally at an agency, studio or services business
- A clear view of integrated marketing: brand, content, communications, digital and events
- Strong project management and follow-through, with a record of getting cross-functional work done
- Clear writing and good taste in brand and design
- Comfort with marketing tools (project management, social scheduling, email, analytics, CRM)
- Ownership, and comfort working with founders in a small, rapid-moving team

Nice to have

- Familiarity with SEO and AI-search visibility
- Experience with brand launches or rebrands
