Requirement - Marketing Manager – (Dairy Industries ,Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh)

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of relevant marketing experience.

Preferred Industry: Dairy, Milk & Milk Products, FMCG or related food industry.

Salary Budget: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Brand Management: Build brand awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Sales & Market Expansion: Identify current markets, business opportunities, and customer segments to increase sales.
- Distribution Management: Work closely with distributors, dealers, retailers, and sales teams to improve product availability and market penetration.
- Trade Marketing: Plan promotional campaigns, retailer schemes, product launches, and in-store branding activities.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, digital campaigns, online promotions, and other relevant marketing initiatives.
- Market Research:



Analyse competitors, pricing, consumer preferences, and market trends.
- Team Management: Coordinate with sales, production, and distribution teams to achieve business targets.
- Budget Management: Plan marketing expenditure, monitor campaign effectiveness, and optimise return on investment.
- Performance Reporting: Track sales growth, market coverage, campaign results, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Education:Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred

Core Expertise:Brand building, sales growth, distribution and trade marketing

Skills:Leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
