Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement annual, quarterly and project-wise marketing strategies.
2. Plan and execute project launches, campaigns and promotional activities.
3. Drive lead generation through digital, offline, social media and property portals.
4. Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, website, social media and performance marketing activities.
5. Develop and maintain project and corporate brand positioning.
6. Coordinate with creative, digital, media, PR and advertising agencies.
7. Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
8. Monitor CPL, lead quality, site visits, conversions and marketing ROI.
9. Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead conversion.
10. Conduct regular competitor and market analysis.
11. Plan and execute events, exhibitions,



activations and customer engagement programs.
12. Oversee development of brochures, creatives, videos, hoardings and other marketing collaterals.
13. Ensure all marketing communication is accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines.
14. Prepare weekly/monthly marketing MIS and performance reports for management.
15. Lead, guide and monitor the marketing team and external agencies.
16. Identify current marketing channels and opportunities to improve brand visibility and sales.

Skills Required Strong communication and creative writing skills.

Basic knowledge of creative designing and marketing collateral adaptation.

Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO and social media management.

Analytical mindset with reporting and campaign tracking abilities.

Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM platforms.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
