Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. · Generate high-quality B2B leads for precision machined components.

· Manage and optimize company website, SEO (On-page & Off-page), and SEM strategies.

· Create industry-focused content related to precision components, manufacturing capabilities, and technical expertise.

· Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn (primary focus), Facebook, and Instagram.

· Develop LinkedIn B2B campaigns for OEMs, industrial buyers, and international clients.

· Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).

· Create and manage email marketing campaigns for client engagement and retention.

· Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

· Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

· Coordinate with production, sales, and design teams for product promotion.

· Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Industry-Specific Requirement (Preferred)

· Experience in Precision Engineering / Machined Components / Manufacturing Industry.

· Understanding of industrial product marketing and B2B sales cycle.

· Experience in promoting technical products to OEMs and export clients.

· Increase website traffic by defined percentage quarterly.





· Generate targeted B2B leads for precision components.

· Number of qualified leads generated per month.

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Digital Marketing / Engineering (Preferred).

· Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Analytics will be an added advantage.

Required Experience

· 6-12 above years of experience in Marketing filed.

· Prior experience in manufacturing / engineering / industrial sector preferred.

Strong Technical Skills Required

· Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and keyword research.

· Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads.

· Expertise in LinkedIn B2B marketing strategy.

· Google Analytics & Search Console proficiency.

· Content writing skills for technical/industrial products.

· Basic understanding of website management (WordPress preferred).

· Knowledge of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
