Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Lead Generation professional with experience in B2B sales and digital advertising. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation strategies, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, along with experience in industries such as travel portals, IRCTC services, PAN services, or similar business segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to generate quality B2B leads.
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Identify and target potential business clients, partners, and channel partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead (CPL).
- Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns and other relevant channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and achieve business targets.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Explore new marketing opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Prior experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Experience in the same or a related industry, such as IRCTC services, PAN services, travel portals, or similar B2B businesses.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, audience targeting, and lead conversion.
- Ability to generate high-quality leads within the defined marketing budget.
- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- A target-oriented approach with a focus on measurable results.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Job Location: Surat, Gujarat.
