About the Role iMentus Technologies is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern who is interested in building practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and brand communication.

The intern will work closely with the team on content creation, social media management, marketing research, presentations, and day-to-day marketing activities. This role is suitable for someone who is creative, proactive, comfortable with research and writing, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

● Create, edit, and publish content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

● Develop social media posts, captions, creative concepts, and other marketing content.

● Assist with content ideation, copywriting, editing, and business/technical content writing.

● Support day-to-day social media management, including publishing, engagement, and content coordination.

● Plan and maintain content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.

● Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand communication activities.

● Conduct research on industries, competitors, market trends, target audiences, and relevant business topics.

● Convert internal business and project updates into clear and relevant marketing content.

● Create professional PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, and communication assets.

● Track and review content and social media performance to identify areas for improvement.

● Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and communication across marketing channels.

● Take ownership of assigned marketing activities from planning through execution and reporting.

Requirements

● Currently pursuing BBA or MBA.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.





● Strong interest in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Content Marketing.

● Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital content trends.

● Interest in content creation, copywriting, research, and brand communication.

● Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

● Ability to conduct structured research and present information clearly.

● Good attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and consistency in content.

● Creative approach with the ability to generate and develop content ideas.

● Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively with different teams.

● Ability to manage assigned tasks responsibly and meet timelines.

● Must be available for the complete 6-month internship period.
