About the Role

We are looking for creative, proactive, and entrepreneurial Marketing & Growth Interns who enjoy experimenting with social media, connecting with people, creating content, and finding new ways to grow a business.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously run a small business, managed a social media page, built a community, worked on a side project, or experimented with growing something independently. We value initiative, creativity, and execution more than formal work experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound outreach to US-based business owners through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage and grow our Reddit accounts and profiles on freelancing platforms.
- Create, edit, and publish short-form videos and social media content.
- Explore new channels, growth strategies, and creative experiments with the internal team.
- Support lead generation, audience engagement, and online brand visibility.
- Track outreach activity, engagement, and campaign performance to identify what works.
- Collaborate with the team to test new ideas and improve growth outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong written English and the ability to communicate professionally online.
- Comfort using social media platforms and understanding how people engage with content.
- An entrepreneurial mindset — someone who has run a side hustle, small business, social media page, online community, or personal project.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to test new ideas.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver consistently.




- Basic video editing and content creation skills are an advantage, but a willingness to learn is equally important.

Freshers are welcome to apply. You do not need a formal marketing background if you can demonstrate initiative and a genuine interest in growth.

Stipend & Performance Incentives

- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹2,500 to ₹25,000, depending on the role, skills, and agreed engagement.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
- Strong performers can earn 2x to 3x their base stipend through incentives, subject to performance and the applicable incentive structure.
- Chance to gain hands-on experience in international outreach, digital marketing, content creation, and growth experiments.

International Applicants

We are also open to candidates based outside India, including applicants from South Africa, Israel, Russia, and other regions, particularly those comfortable creating on-camera video content and representing the brand.

International applicants should mention their location, availability, preferred compensation, and any relevant content creation or social media experience in their application. Compensation and engagement terms will be discussed based on location and role requirements.
