Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and business growth strategies.
- Drive sales growth across Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), Modern Trade, and Retail.
- Manage digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
- Lead product launches, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Handle influencer marketing, social media, and promotional activities.
- Build and manage the marketing team.
- Monitor sales performance, marketing budgets, ROI, and revenue growth.
- Work closely with founders to expand the business.

Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in FMCG, Food,



D2C, or Consumer Brands.
- Strong experience in Quick Commerce, Contemporary Trade, and Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of growing brands and increasing sales.
- Experience in team management, brand building, and business expansion.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Startup experience preferred.
