Marketing & Growth Intern (Founder’s Office)

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru (On-site) (Strictly offline)

Duration: 2-3 Months, 10:30am to 7pm (Sunday holiday)

Type: Project-Sponsored Internship

Compensation: No fixed stipend (Performance & Revenue Sharing)

About the Role

We're looking for highly driven marketing interns who want to build something from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founder, contribute ideas, execute campaigns, and help grow the business.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns.

· Brainstorm and validate growth ideas.

· Plan online and offline marketing initiatives.

· Build partnerships and collaborations.

· Help organize events and community activities.

· Assist with branding and content strategy.

· Analyze campaign performance and improve results.

· Work on projects across design, culture, fashion, and technology.

Compensation

This is a Project-Sponsored Internship with no fixed stipend. Revenue-generating campaigns or initiatives you lead may qualify for a pre-agreed percentage-based incentive. High-potential ideas may receive funding from MYTH ERA for execution. Exact revenue-sharing terms will be discussed before each project.
