Position: Marketing & Branding Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Requirements:

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects to strengthen brand presence, generate market awareness, and support business objectives.
- Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all projects, ensuring consistent brand positioning and communication across marketing channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, events, property portals, and other relevant platforms.
- Project Marketing: Develop project-specific marketing plans, communication strategies, campaign concepts, and promotional activities aligned with project positioning and target audiences.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, search, performance marketing, content, email campaigns, and online brand promotions.
- Creative & Communication: Coordinate with creative agencies, media agencies, vendors, and internal teams to develop marketing collaterals, campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other brand assets.
- Marketing Operations: Manage marketing calendars, budgets, vendors, campaign execution, approvals,



and timely delivery of marketing activities across projects.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improved positioning and brand visibility.
- Performance & Reporting: Track campaign performance, marketing spends, reach, engagement, lead generation, and ROI, and provide regular reports to management.

Desired Candidate:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing & Branding , preferably with Real Estate Developers.
- Robust experience in real estate marketing, brand management, campaign planning, and marketing operations .
- Hands-on exposure to digital marketing, social media, media planning, events, and creative campaign execution .
- Experience managing creative/media agencies, vendors, and multiple marketing activities .
- Strong skills in brand communication, project marketing, market research, and campaign analytics .
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.
