Role –Marketing Executive

Mode-Field Based Job

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits and promote the school’s academic, boarding, day-boarding and other programs. Generate qualified leads through direct interaction with parents, students, schools, local communities and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct daily parent meetings and counselling/pitching as required.
- Execute D2D, BTL, school visits, local market activities and other assigned marketing campaigns. Follow up with leads regularly and support the admissions team until conversion. Maintain accurate daily activity, lead and follow-up reports.
- Update applications, registrations, leads and admissions in the designated CRM/system. Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team for campaigns, events and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly lead and admission targets.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant education/marketing experience will be preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting parents/stakeholders in person. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local area and ability to travel within the assigned territory. Positive attitude, qualified appearance, discipline and target-oriented approach. Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the team.
