Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence and generate new business opportunities.

- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

- Create engaging and professional content for LinkedIn, social media, presentations, brochures, websites, and other marketing channels.

- Identify and generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, digital platforms, industry databases, email marketing, and other relevant channels.

- Conduct market research to identify new customers, markets, trends, competitors, and business opportunities.

- Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand products, capabilities, and business offerings and translate them into compelling marketing content.

- Assist in preparing company profiles, product presentations, catalogues, pitch decks, and sales-support materials.

- Track marketing activities, leads, engagement, and campaign performance and prepare regular reports.





- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

- Explore new digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to improve visibility and lead generation.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / B2B Marketing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.

- Ability to create skilled marketing content and presentations.

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva and other content/design tools is preferred.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing ideas.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.

- Candidates with experience in B2B, furniture, home furnishings, exports, sourcing, or international markets will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
