Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development of Heat Pump products

.

- Generate new leads through cold calling, references, market research, and other business development activities.

- Identify and develop new

B2B and B2C customers

.

- Develop relationships with

OEMs, consultants, contractors, MEP companies, dealers, and end customers

.

- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product presentations, and requirement discussions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC/Heat Pump solutions.

- Develop new

OEM and channel partner opportunities

.

- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

- Maintain regular

CRM updates and sales reports

.

- Coordinate with the technical and service teams for site requirements and project execution.

- Be willing to travel

PAN India as per business requirements.

- Stay updated on HVAC, Heat Pump, MEP, and related industry trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales/business development

,



preferably in Heat Pumps, HVAC, MEP, or related products.

- Good knowledge of

HVAC and Heat Pump products

.

- Knowledge of

MEP, plumbing, ceramics, or related building services/products will be an advantage.

- Strong understanding of

B2B/B2C sales and business development

.

- Experience in developing new OEMs, dealers, consultants, or institutional customers will be preferred.

- Strong lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and follow-up skills

.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in

MS Office and CRM tools

.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of developing recent markets.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.

- B.Sc. or other relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.

- M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
