Job-Marketing Coordinator

Industry- Kids (gymnastics/yoga) Centre

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role will support franchise marketing initiatives across India, ensuring every centre has the tools, communication, and resources needed to execute successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

New Centre Launch Support

- Develop and coordinate standardized marketing kits for new centre launches.
- Create launch-ready marketing assets, including digital creatives, print collateral, campaign templates, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate the setup of marketing platforms such as Google Business Profile, social media accounts, lead forms, and other launch requirements.
- Support franchisees with launch marketing plans, campaign setup, and marketing best practices.
- Conduct launch marketing orientation and training for new franchise teams.

Ongoing Franchise Marketing Support

- Own and publish the monthly franchise newsletter, sharing marketing updates, campaign calendars, current initiatives, best practices, and key announcements.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing toolkits, seasonal campaigns, and creative assets to all franchise centres.




- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day marketing communication with franchisees.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with The Little Gym brand standards.
- Track campaign implementation across centres and prepare regular marketing reports and insights.

What Were Looking For

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in a marketing coordination, brand, or communications role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Canva and project management tools is an advantage.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
