What You'll Be Working On

1. Author & Publisher Outreach

- Identify and connect with authors, publishers, literary agents, author communities, and relevant industry professionals.
- Research effective ways to reach large numbers of authors in India and international markets.
- Build targeted databases of authors, publishers, and potential partners.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with publishing houses, writing communities, book clubs, and literary organizations.
- Initiate professional conversations and introduce them to ReviewAndRatings.com and its offerings.

2. Lead Generation & Growth

- Discover new channels to generate qualified leads for author partnerships and book promotion.
- Develop creative outreach strategies using LinkedIn, email, social media, author directories, and other relevant platforms.
- Research potential partnerships and identify opportunities to expand our reach.
- Track outreach efforts, responses, and promising leads.

3. Market & Competitor Research

- Analyse platforms such as Goodreads, StoryGraph,



BookBub, and other relevant book discovery and author marketing platforms.
- Study their services, positioning, marketing strategies, audience engagement, and business models.
- Identify emerging trends in book discovery, author marketing, and the publishing industry.
- Share actionable insights on how we can improve our services, differentiate ourselves, and reach more authors and readers.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good in research & analytical thinking
- An interest in marketing, business development, lead generation, or growth strategy.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfort with online research, spreadsheets, and organizing information systematically.

Bonus: A genuine interest in books, reading, literature.

You don't need to be an expert in everything. We value curiosity, initiative, consistency, and the ability to turn research into practical ideas.
