Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Associate to generate qualified leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales through outbound and inbound communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be target-driven, and have the ability to convert prospects into customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and digital channels; maintain an updated CRM database.
- Understand customer requirements, present products, follow up on leads, and support sales conversions.
- Build customer relationships and coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and on-ground promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for POSM, in-store branding, merchandising, and marketing materials.




- Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and execution quality.
- Track sales and marketing performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports.

Candidate Skills Required

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Solid coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Interest in sales, business development, and trade marketing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally, if required.
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; freshers to 1 year of experience may apply.

Educational Qualification

- · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- · Either Fresher or 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- · Experience in B2B or B2C sales (industry-specific experience is an added advantage).
