Role Description The Marketing Associate role is a full time, remote position focused on supporting marketing initiatives for high-growth tech startup clients. On a day-to-day basis, the Marketing Associate will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal and client stakeholders, and maintaining project timelines and deliverables. The role includes conducting market and competitor research, gathering customer and industry insights, and helping translate findings into actionable marketing strategies and content.

The Marketing

Associate will support digital and offline marketing activities, track performance metrics, and prepare reports and presentations to inform decision-making. This position requires strong collaboration, attention to detail,



and the ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, analysis of trends, and development of insight-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including campaign support, content support, and familiarity with digital marketing channels.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as understanding sales funnels, lead generation support, and alignment of marketing with revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with tech startups or B2B SaaS, proficiency with common marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics), and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
