Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Intern to manage and support our social media presence, content planning, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have an interest in social media trends, content creation, brand communication, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, and marketing content aligned with the company's brand voice.
- Research trending topics, industry updates, competitors, and relevant content ideas.
- Assist in creating social media creatives, carousels, and basic promotional graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, followers, and other social media performance metrics.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Assist with website blogs, marketing content, and company updates when required.




- Explore AI tools to improve content research, ideation, and marketing workflows.
- Track social media performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and visibility.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and an interest in content creation and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content research and ideation is an advantage.
- Ability to research independently, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively.
- Previous experience managing social media pages or creating content is a plus, but not mandatory.
