Position: Marketing and Research Intern

About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Research Intern to support our day-to-day online operations and help drive growth. You will handle product data management, order processing, and customer support, while contributing to marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings; manage images, categories, and tags.
- Order Processing: Process orders, manage inventory, coordinate with warehouse/logistics, and resolve order issues.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone; handle complaints promptly.
- Sales Analytics:



Assist with marketing content, analyse sales data, and stay updated on e-commerce trends.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP, basic formulas, Pivot Tables, and Power Query. Ability to automate repetitive tasks and analyse large datasets efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with platforms like Shopify or Amazon is a plus.
