Role Summary

Pioneer Consulting Services is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Marketing Analysts (US Staffing) . The role involves marketing candidates for full-time/permanent opportunities with direct clients and implementation partners in the US market.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, an understanding of the full-time hiring process, and the ability to manage multiple candidate profiles and job requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities





- Market candidate profiles for full-time/permanent opportunities in the US market.
- Identify job requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
- Submit suitable candidate profiles against relevant job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up on client feedback.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate marketing lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendors.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of candidate profiles and job requirements.
- Track profile submissions, interviews, offers, and successful closures.
- Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple candidate profiles and job requirements simultaneously.

- Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.
- Candidates should be willing to work the US shift from the Noida office.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are preferred.
