About BookB

BookB is a US-headquartered beauty-technology company. We build salon management software that helps salons run appointments, walk-ins, billing, staff and customer relationships on one platform.

Our founders and senior leadership are based in the United States, where major strategic decisions are made. Our India operations are led by our Country Head – India from our Indore office. Indore is where BookB's India journey begins, and our intent is to grow BookB into a pan India company.

About the role

We are looking for a confident, thoughtful and trustworthy person to help introduce BookB to the Indian beauty industry. You will represent a US technology company among salon owners, beauty professionals, academies and industry communities in Indore.

This role is about building BookB's presence in a new country. You will build relationships, understand how Indian salons run their businesses, and bring those insights to our leadership in India and the United States. What we learn together in Indore will shape how BookB grows across India.

Key responsibilities

- Introduce BookB to salon owners and beauty professionals across Indore and build long-term relationships.
- Walk interested salons through the BookB platform and support them as they start using it.




- Build partnerships with beauty academies, industry associations, creators and community organisations.
- Study the local market: how salons work, what problems they face, and what they need from technology.
- Share structured feedback with the India leadership and the US product and leadership teams.
- Keep accurate records of every meeting and follow up consistently.

What we are looking for

- Clear, confident communication in Hindi and English.
- Comfort in meeting business owners and earning their trust.
- Curiosity about how businesses work, and the patience to learn a new market.
- Resilience and dependable follow-through.
- Interest in technology or the beauty industry is a plus, but not required.
