Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify areas of improvement through process mapping, value stream analysis, and other tools to drive operational excellence initiatives.

- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency across the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement current products, processes, or services that meet customer needs.

- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., MIS reports) to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for cost reduction.

- Provide training and coaching to team members on lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other best practices.
