Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and reduce waste.
- Conduct time studies to analyze production times and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing procedures, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by implementing lean manufacturing principles.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of Assembly Line, Lean Manufacturing, Manpower Handling, Shop Floor Management, and Shop Floor concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
