Role Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented Test Engineers to plan, develop, and execute system-level testing for our platform. The role focuses on validating end-to-end system behavior against requirements and design specifications, clearly defining defects and driving them to resolution with development teams, and defining and executing performance tests based on system architecture.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in system testing and/or performance testing.
- Hands-on experience developing test protocols from requirements and design specifications and executing end-to-end system and performance tests.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain system and performance test protocols, test cases, and test scripts derived from requirements and/or design specifications.
- Plan and execute end-to-end system testing, including functional, integration, regression, interface, and system-level verification.
- Validate overall system behavior and performance against functional and non-functional requirements across integrated components.
- Clearly identify, document, and define defects with sufficient detail to enable efficient triage and resolution.
- Engage collaboratively with developers to assess the impact of defects and evaluate possible resolutions.
- Analyze system and performance test results, track defects to closure, and provide clear, concise reports on quality status, risks, and findings.
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test protocols,



and defects throughout the test lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

- Ability to develop test protocols from requirements and/or design specifications.
- Ability to clearly define defects and engage with developers to assess impact and possible resolutions.
- Strong understanding of system-level and end-to-end testing across integrated components.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented focus with the discipline to execute testing per defined policies and procedures.

Good-to-Have

- Familiarity with our test process and quality policies, or a robust detail-oriented focus to execute testing per our policies.
- Test automation skills, particularly for desktop applications, using FlaUI, Robot Framework, and Python (e.g., automated UI and regression testing of desktop clients).
- Exposure to performance, load, or stress testing tools and observability practices.
- Experience with system testing of microservices or cloud-based applications.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear communication of defects, risks, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working with distributed Dev and QA teams.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
