Job Title: Hotel Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel/resort and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily hotel operations and coordinate with all departments.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage and other operational staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest queries/complaints professionally.
- Monitor room occupancy, bookings, check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain hotel standards, cleanliness and discipline.
- Monitor inventory, stock and daily operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance and overall team performance.
- Handle operational issues and take timely decisions.
- Maintain daily reports and coordinate with management.
- Work towards improving guest satisfaction,



revenue and overall hotel performance.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel/hospitality management preferred.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage staff and handle guest-related situations.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and computer applications.
- Candidates with experience in Front Office/Operations/Hotel Management will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills. Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh
