Key Skill Sets

- Strong experience in Banking Relation and Bank Liaisoning with financial institutions and lenders.
- Sound knowledge of Debt Syndication, Credit Appraisal, and Information Memorandum (IM) Preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with working knowledge of financial modelling and data analysis.
- Solid analytical, documentation, and presentation skills with the ability to manage lender relationships and financing processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing lenders and establish relationships with new lending institutions/Banks.
2. Coordinate end-to-end debt syndication activities, including preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes, Information Memoranda (IM), sanction term sheets, request letters, and related documentation.
3. Compile, analyze,



and provide financial information and supporting documents required by lenders for evaluation and sanction of debt facilities.
4. Monitor and ensure timely compliance with all covenants, reporting requirements, and periodic obligations under existing financing arrangements.
5. Manage the drawdown process and facilitate initial and subsequent disbursements under sanctioned funding facilities.
6. Track developments in the debt and financing markets and provide updates on market trends, lender appetite, pricing, and financing opportunities.
7. Prepare management presentations, lender presentations, board materials, and other strategic communication documents.
8. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including basic financial modelling, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
9. Ensure adherence to all pre-disbursement and post-disbursement conditions and compliance requirements under financing sanction letters and loan agreements.
