Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities for raw materials, consumables, MRO items, capital equipment, and services across India.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs through effective sourcing and vendor development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products from vendors while maintaining relationships with key suppliers.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-12 years of experience in material procurement or related field (raw material procurement, project procurement).

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Applied Electronics And Instrumentation (AEI).

- Solid understanding of global sourcing principles and practices; knowledge of local language(s) an advantage.

- Proven track record of achieving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
