- First Class Graduate (preferably in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration).
Experience
- 6–10 years in settlement operations within financial services, broking, or depository domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end settlement processes for equity, derivatives, and other instruments.
- Coordinate with exchanges, custodians, and clearing corporations.
- Monitor reconciliation of funds and securities on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.
- Implement process improvements and reduce settlement risks.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of NSCCL / ICCL / CDSL / NSDL settlement processes.
- Analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
