Role & responsibilities
Strong experience in sales operations, order management, pricing, billing, distribution, logistics coordination, customer management, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
1 Knowledge of SAP implementation projects
2 Business process documentation, mapping and requirement gathering
3 UAT, testing, data migration
Preferred candidate profiles
- 7 - 8 years of experience in Sales & Distribution/Sales Operations with strong exposure to O2C, order management, pricing, billing, and distribution.
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation (SAP SD/MM), including process mapping, requirement gathering, UAT, data migration, training, and go-live.
- Preferred candidate from FMCG, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar sectors, with robust business-process and digital transformation experience.
