Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager ILCV & Bus to drive sales volumes, market share, and dealer productivity across the assigned territory. The role will focus on dealer network management, fleet sales, customer acquisition, territory development, and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive ILCV and Bus sales through the dealer network and achieve territory sales targets.
- Manage and develop dealer relationships, sales teams, and secondary sales networks.
- Identify and convert fleet owners, transporters, schools, institutional customers, and key accounts.




- Develop territory-wise and application-wise sales strategies to improve market penetration.
- Conduct customer meets, product demonstrations, roadshows, and BTL activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and recent product launches.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence.
- Train and motivate dealer sales executives to improve productivity and conversion.
- Coordinate with product/marketing teams and provide customer and market feedback.
