Position Overview The Manager – Research (B2B) will be responsible for conducting fundamental and market research, generating investment insights, and supporting institutional and B2B clients such as wealth management firms, distributors, PMS, AIFs, family offices, banks, and corporate partners. The role involves preparing high-quality research reports, financial models, sector analyses, and collaborating with business development teams to drive client engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Investment Analysis

- Conduct fundamental, technical, and quantitative research on listed companies and sectors.
- Develop and maintain financial models, earnings projections, and valuation analyses.
- Analyze company financial statements, management commentary, and industry developments.
- Generate investment recommendations and actionable market insights.
- Track economic indicators, regulatory developments, and industry trends impacting capital markets.
- Prepare company updates, sector reports, thematic studies, and market strategy notes.

B2B Client Support
- Provide research support to institutional and B2B clients.
- Address client queries and provide customized investment insights.
- Participate in client meetings, analyst calls, webinars, and investment presentations.
- Develop insightful presentations and reports tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Business Development Support
- Partner with Sales and Institutional Business teams to support client acquisition and retention.
- Assist in preparing pitch books, market outlook presentations, and investment materials.




- Support research-driven marketing initiatives and investor engagement activities.
- Contribute to enhancing the firm's research product offerings.

Research Publication & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly research publications.
- Ensure timely dissemination of investment recommendations and research reports.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in all published research content.
- Support earnings season coverage and result-update reports.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to SEBI Research Analyst Regulations and internal compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of unpublished price-sensitive information.
- Follow established research policies, documentation standards, and governance procedures.
- Ensure all reports meet regulatory, audit, and quality standards.

Educational Qualifications

- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, FRM, Master's in Finance/Economics, or equivalent qualification.
- NISM Research Analyst Certification preferred.
- Additional certifications related to capital markets will be an advantage.

Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in Equity Research,



Institutional Research, Investment Research, or Capital Markets.
- Prior experience in stock broking, asset management, PMS, AIF, investment advisory, or financial services preferred.
- Exposure to institutional or B2B client interaction will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
