Domain Specific:

- Prepare and monitor short-term and 3-year land acquisition and R&R;(rehabilitation & relocation) plans based on project requirements.
- Identify, address,



and facilitate resolution of R&R-related; hindrances affecting mining operations and land availability.
- Coordinate with Principal Employers, PSUs, Government Authorities, and local administration for timely clearance of project issues.
- Conduct regular meetings with village representatives, Project Affected Families (PAFs), landowners, and other stakeholders to resolve grievances and maintain positive community relations.
- Analyze and resolve legal, administrative, compensation, and rehabilitation-related issues impacting project progress.
- Carry out periodic site inspections to monitor land acquisition, R&R; activities, and progress of assigned tasks at project locations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable land acquisition laws, R&R; policies, statutory requirements, and company guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project data, land records, R&R; documentation, revenue plans, and management reports.
- Lead and guide site-level R&R; teams across single or multiple project sites to ensure timely achievement of land and rehabilitation targets.
- understanding of Revenue Land, Forest Land, and Government Land laws applicable to existing and future mining projects.J
