and Digital Transformation Proven track record of managing large distributed testing teams comprising Test Managers, Test Leads, Test Engineers, Automation Engineers, Performance Testers, Defect Managers, and Business SMEs Experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments involving System Integrators, Product Vendors, Business Teams, Development Teams, and Operations teams Demonstrated experience in managing SIT across complex microservices-based and API-driven architectures. Strong experience in test governance, risk management, defect management, release management, environment management, and stakeholder communication Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery models and DevOps-enabled testing practices. Exposure to Telecom Billing platforms, Convergent Charging Systems, Revenue Management, Revenue Assurance, and Financial Reconciliation processes is highly desirable Extremely positive communication skills, managing stakeholder expectations
