The key responsible will be structuring and executing debt financing for solar projects,



preparing and submitting loan proposals, managing bank relationships, and ensuring timely disbursements tied to project milestones. This role demands a combination of financial modeling acumen, documentation discipline, and relationship management skills in the lending ecosystem for getting financing for Renewable Energy projects.

LOCATION Indore, Madhya Pradesh SCOPE OF WORK Responsibilities: Liaise with banks and NBFCs for term loans, working capital, and bank guarantees for solar projects Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and full credit documentation packages Build and maintain project finance models — DSCR, IRR, NPV, debt-equity structuring, and sensitivity analysis Analyze sanction letters and ACALs to identify gaps against tender EMD/PBG obligations Coordinate pre-disbursement conditions and milestone-linked fund releases with lenders and project
