Placement Manager – AI & College Connect Program

Job Summary The Placement Manager will lead placement activities for the AI & College Connect Program across the Hub & Spoke model. The role involves building employer partnerships, coordinating with colleges, supporting students in their career readiness, and ensuring successful placement outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Build partnerships with AI, IT, ITES, and emerging technology companies.

· Organize placement drives, campus interviews, job fairs, and virtual hiring events.

· Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.

· Track offers, joining status, and post-placement follow-up.

· Coordinate placement activities with Hub and Spoke colleges.

· Maintain placement MIS and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Qualifications

· Postgraduate degree in any discipline (Engineering, Management, or Computer Science preferred).





· Working knowledge or certification in AI, Data Science, or related technologies is an added advantage.

Experience

· Minimum 5 years of experience in placements, employability, or career services.

· Experience with college connect, CSR, NGO, or government-funded skilling programs is preferred.

Required Skills

· Robust employer networking and placement management skills.

· Basic understanding of AI, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.

· Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.

Additional Requirements

· Willingness to travel across Coimbatore.

· Strong commitment to organizational values and professional ethics.

Working Hours

· Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

· 2nd & 4th Saturdays: Week Off

· Sunday: Weekly Holiday

Selection Process

· Technical Interview – 15 Minutes

· Final Interview – 30 Minutes

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
