Leading group in Auto Components Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Press Shop Manager to lead press shop operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety and cost optimization in an automotive manufacturing setting.

Role & responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end Press Shop production and operations.
- Handle press machines, dies, tooling, line setup and process optimization.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and delivery schedules.
- Drive OEE improvement, productivity, scrap reduction and cost optimization.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, die maintenance and machine availability.
- Lead manpower planning, shift management and team development.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality and EHS standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC and Production Planning teams.

Preferred candidate profile :

- BE / B. Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering. 10-15 years of experience in Press Shop / Sheet Metal / Auto Components Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of press machines, dies, sheet-metal processes and production systems.
